The Saucony Peregrine 7 goes one step forward and includes full length EVERUN layer instead of only heel pad. It remains true to Peregrine saga as light trail running shoe featuring agile transition (just 4 mm drop) to enjoy running offroad. Check availability of waterproof edition with Gore-Texâ„¢ upper.
Current edition does not introduce major changes but improves its predecessor Peregrine 6. The new TPU Exoskeleton for enhanced support and protection in upper replaces typical FlexFilm overlays and external heel support adds more stability. Gusseted tongue prevent debris and dust from jumping inside while reinforced toe cap keeps toes safe. Similar to Xodus ISO, interior lining from both ankle collar and tongue are made of RunDryâ„¢ materials for great breathability and odour control resulting in optimal sanitation.
Midsole is based on reliable SSL EVA and full length EVERUN layer on top of it for more bouncy cushioning. Outsole does not change at all with same aggresive design plenty of 5 mm deep lugs made of PWRTRAC and provides great grip even on wet surfaces. As expected, rhere is a nylon fiber mesh rock plate in the forefoot to protect from rocks and stone bruises without rigidity.
